These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Savi Beach Club website and services, including beach rentals, bookings, and online payments. By using our website or making a purchase, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Services

Savi Beach Club offers:

  • Beach chair, umbrella, and equipment rentals
  • Beach experiences and related services
  • Online booking and payment facilities

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

2. Bookings and reservations

Bookings made through our website are considered confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all booking details are accurate at the time of reservation.

Savi Beach Club reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking where necessary.

3. Payment terms

We accept Visa and MasterCard for transactions processed in USD.

When you make a payment:

  • Your card will be charged in USD or the equivalent based on your provider’s exchange rate
  • The charge will appear as Savi Beach Club on your statement
  • Payments are securely processed through the Caribbean Credit Card Corporation (4C’s) Payment Gateway
  • Savi Beach Club does not store credit card details.

4. Confirmation

Once payment is successfully processed:

  • You will receive confirmation of your transaction and booking
  • A confirmation email with details will be sent

If a payment fails, you will be notified. You should contact your card provider for further information.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations may be subject to notice periods and applicable fees.

Refunds:

  • Are issued at the discretion of Savi Beach Club management
  • Will only be processed to the original card used for payment

Savi Beach Club is not obligated to provide refunds once a booking or rental has been confirmed, except where required by law or explicitly stated at the time of booking.

6. Weather and service conditions

Beach services are subject to weather and sea conditions.

Savi Beach Club reserves the right to:

  • Modify, delay, or cancel services due to safety concerns or adverse conditions
  • Where applicable, alternative arrangements or credits may be offered at management’s discretion.

7. Use of equipment

Customers are responsible for the proper use of all rented equipment.

You agree:

  • To use all items safely and as intended
  • To return equipment in the condition provided
  • To be responsible for any loss, damage, or misuse

Savi Beach Club reserves the right to charge for damaged or missing items.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Savi Beach Club shall not be liable for:

  • Personal injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of our services or equipment
  • Delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control
  • Use of our services is at your own risk.

9. Discrepancies

If you identify any issues with your booking or payment, please contact us promptly so we can assist.
